A new study by American and Spanish researchers have found that the more the amount of time children spent in front of a screen – TV, Computer, Video Game – the higher their blood pressure.
The study conducted among 111 kids (57 boys and 54 girls) of age 3 to 11 years found that this is true irrespective of whether they were obese or not.
